About Us
Double Helix Construction LLC is a Class A licensed contractor (DPOR #2705186310) based in King George, Virginia, serving homeowners throughout the Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania, and Caroline areas of Virginia, along with Prince George's, Charles, St. Mary's, and Calvert counties in Maryland, including Accokeek, Fort Washington, Clinton, Waldorf, La Plata, Lexington Park, Dahlgren, Falmouth, and Alexandria.
As a certified Owens Corning installer, Double Helix backs its roofing work with lifetime warranty shingles available in a range of colors, giving homeowners a durable, long-term roof without guesswork. Beyond roofing, the team handles the full exterior of a home: energy efficient window replacement, Provia entry doors, seamless gutters and gutter covers, and siding installation.
The business works directly with homeowners to find the right materials and style for their specific house rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, and offers free estimates on all projects across its Virginia and Maryland service area.
