Contract.City is strictly a marketing, advertising, and lead generation platform connecting consumers (“Users”) with independent contractors (“Service Providers”).

All contracts are solely between Users and Service Providers.

2. No Verification / No Endorsement

Contract.City does not verify or endorse licenses, insurance, bonding, qualifications, background checks, or reviews. All profile information is for informational purposes only.

3. AI-Generated Data Disclaimer

Any pricing estimates, rankings, or recommendations generated by AI or automated systems are for informational purposes only and are not guarantees.

4. Pricing & Estimates Disclaimer

All cost guides and calculators:

• Are non-binding
• Are based on averages
• Do not constitute offers

Final pricing is determined solely by Service Providers.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Contract.City and its affiliates shall NOT be liable for:

• Personal injury or property damage
• Contractor negligence, fraud, or misrepresentation
• Lost profits, leads, or business opportunities
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Total aggregate liability is capped at $100 or the subscription fee paid, whichever is lower.

6. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Contract.City from claims arising from:

• Platform use
• Interactions with Service Providers
• Violation of Terms

7. Service Provider Agreement (Premium Plans)

• No guaranteed leads or revenue
• Advertising exposure only
• Subscription auto-renewal applies unless canceled
• Non-compliance with licensing or laws is the Provider’s responsibility
• Contract.City may suspend or terminate listings at discretion

8. Affiliate Disclosure

The Platform may earn commissions from qualifying purchases via affiliate links.

9. Call Recording Consent

Calls through tracking numbers may be recorded for quality, compliance, training, or fraud prevention. Users consent by using the Platform.

10. DMCA Policy

We respect intellectual property. Infringing content will be removed upon proper notice. Repeat infringers may be terminated.

11. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

• All disputes are resolved via binding arbitration (AAA rules)
• No participation in class actions
• Jury trial waived

12. Governing Law

State of New York, without conflict-of-law rules.

13. Modifications

Terms may be updated at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
